Note
If the wood watch is too big for your wrist, you can take one or two joints out of the strap.
Due to the use of 100% natural wood as a material, there may be some spots on the wood, this is not a quality problem.
The wooden watches are ordered in batches, and the natural colors are slightly different from each other.
The watches may have some color difference.
Not Waterproof: Do not swim or shower with it on, the wood would react poorly to water.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If the product you received has quality problems, you can get the right to return it free of charge, otherwise the buyer needs to pay the return shipping costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Bracelets size guide
Use a tape or cord, wrap it around your wrist and mark the end point.
Lay it out and simply use a ruler to determine the length.
We recommend that you get a bracelet that is longer than your wrist measurement to give yourself some breathing room.
So for example, if your wrist measured 19cm, do not get the 19cm bracelet as it will be too short to wear. Get the 21cm or 23cm for a nicer fit.
